END Studio Offices

As part of the development to Fulham High street, which includes 5 new apartments on the upper levels, we expanded our offices as AMBS Architects and END Studio, to accommodate new facilities and almost double the area. Over a number of planning applications, we were able to develop the entire site with a half basement at the rear and a raised level above.

Playing with light and materials to define the various zones we have created an energetic office for our expanding staff. Structural timber joists span the rear roofs with large skylights to provide plenty of natural light for working conditions. We have also integrated solar panels into the roof of the building so that our entire consumption of electricity is met during our peak demands.

In addition to this, we have a large rainwater tank which feeds all bathrooms throughout the development, significantly reducing clean water consumption and reducing loads on the existing drainage network.
