Offices in Fulham

During the pandemic, we began construction on our offices in Fulham.
By playing with light and materials to define distinct zones, we created a vibrant, energetic workspace.
Structural timber joists span the rear roofs, paired with large skylights that flood the area with natural light to optimize working conditions.

Driven by our commitment to sustainable design, we also installed rooftop solar panels. These generate enough energy to cover our entire daytime electricity consumption, including our full cooling loads during the summer. Additionally, a large rainwater harvesting tank supplies all the bathrooms throughout the development, significantly reducing both clean water consumption and the load on the local drainage network.
