As part of the development to Fulham High street, we expanded our offices as AMBS Architects and END Studio, to accommodate new facilities and almost double the area. Over a number of planning applications, we were able to develop the entire site with a half basement at the rear and a raised level above.

A full refurbishment of a Grade 2 listed, 3 bedroom apartment in Holland Park. Carefully navigating through the requirements from RBKC, we were able to obtain consent for the works to modernise and carefully restore a very outdated property to a chic bohemian home perfectly bespoke to the clients needs.

In the heart of Richmond within the Petersham conservation area, and part of the English heritage listed view from Richmond hill, END Studio successfully received permission to demolish an outdated bungalow built in the 70s, and rebuild on the same plot a much larger modern house, that compliments the existing vernacular, proportions and materials.
