Following the completion of Purves 01, we were appointed as Architects for an almost identical property a few doors down. A testament to the reality that each family is different from the other, this property has yielded a very different layout and design.

END Studio Offices
As part of the development to Fulham High street, we expanded our offices as AMBS Architects and END Studio, to accommodate new facilities and almost double the area. Over a number of planning applications, we were able to develop the entire site with a half basement at the rear and a raised level above.

Holland Park
A full refurbishment of a Grade 2 listed, 3 bedroom apartment in Holland Park. Carefully navigating through the requirements from RBKC, we were able to obtain consent for the works to modernise and carefully restore a very outdated property to a chic bohemian home perfectly bespoke to the clients needs.

Petersham Villa
In the heart of Richmond within the Petersham conservation area, and part of the English heritage listed view from Richmond hill, END Studio successfully received permission to demolish an outdated bungalow built in the 70s, and rebuild on the same plot a much larger modern house, that compliments the existing vernacular, proportions and materials.

River Gardens
We were asked to completely redesign this 3 bedroom apartment overlooking the river in Fulham, tailoring it to the young family’s needs. Part of our proposal included opening up through a large reinforced concrete wall, which required a significant amount of engineering. Installing 2 large steel frames either side of the wall allowed us to execute the works, and in turn opening up the kitchen to the living room.

Highgate
Located in the heart of Highgate, this project required a clever reshaping of the existing site, and the creation of a unique front sided extension for one of the apartments. By reconfiguring the entrance walkway, an elegant approach was created that focused on the new extension. Clad in full height fibre cement, the extension is a wonderful example of the modern, minimal architecture that END Studio can deliver.
