Highgate

Located in the heart of Highgate, this project required a clever reshaping of the existing site, and the creation of a unique front sided extension for one of the apartments. By reconfiguring the entrance walkway, an elegant approach was created that focused on the new extension. Clad in full height fibre cement, the extension is a wonderful example of the modern, minimal architecture that END Studio can deliver.

The new addition to the property follows the line of the communal staircase to the flats above, shaping the skylight as it connects on to the existing property, whilst bringing in maximum light and views to all the flat owners. A complete refurbishment of the majority of the property was carried out, including a full facelift and finished clean white silicon render.
